Level 1 Ballet introduces students to a more sophisticated and in-depth exploration of classical ballet technique, building upon foundational skills with increased structure and precision. Body alignment is emphasized during this level. While technical understanding becomes more nuanced, the class continues to nurture a sense of joy, musicality, and expressive movement, ensuring that dancers remain connected to the artistry and enjoyment of dance. Dancers in this level are expected to attend two to three ballet classes per week to support consistent progress and technical development. Dancers will be promoted to the next level when they demonstrate readiness and the required ability.

Tuition for Two Classes per Week
Pay in Full:
$2300 + $150 registration fee due at registration

Schedule
Register for your choice of 2 or 3 classes per week below. Once registered, PBS will send a follow up Google Form for you to select the days your dancer wishes to attend.

Uniforms
All uniforms for Princeton Ballet School students can be ordered from Arena Dance. Additional items such as t-shirts, jackets and cover-ups can be purchased as well. Uniforms can either be tried on and picked up in-person, or can be shipped directly to your home. Items that are in stock will take 3-5 days to arrive, items that are out of stock and custom items will take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
