Academy Division

Academy Division is for dancers who are interested in having a more flexible schedule, while learning the classical ballet technique necessary to pursue dance at the college level, if desired. Dancers in Level 6 and Level 7 may spend one to three years in that level to achieve these goals, depending on individual ability, attendance, and skill development. Students can audition to join Princeton Ballet Workshop (PBW) and perform in The Nutcracker alongside American Repertory Ballet professional artists. For Level 4, auditions are not necessary for the Spring Performance.

Students age 11 and above with previous dance experience will need a Placement class. For more information, please contact [email protected]
