Uniform Order Form

All uniforms for Princeton Ballet School students can be ordered from Giselle of Princeton. Additional items such as jackets and cover-ups can be purchased as well. Please order beginning July 1st thru July 28th, 2023 to guarantee delivery prior to the start of classes. Uniforms will be shipped to you 3-4 weeks after the order is placed.

Instructions for placing new uniform orders:

1. Download and complete the Uniform Order Form.
2. Calculate your order total.
3. Upload your completed Order Form below.
4. Submit your payment and shipping address through Giselle of Princeton’s secure payment portal.

• IMPORTANT: Orders will NOT be processed and shipped until payment is submitted.
