Pre-Ballet and Tap for ages 3-6 | Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Tuition: $250

This fun and engaging class was specially designed for younger beginning dancers, ages 3-6. Students will be introduced to the fundamental building blocks of movement, rhythm/musicality, as well as begin to create movement of their own. Students will develop understanding of movement concepts, flexibility, balance, and coordination through specific ballet-based and tap based movements and creative exploration. Princeton Ballet School (PBS) is known for nurturing developing dancers in a safe and progressive way. As a result, PBS students develop self-esteem, self-discipline, and a strong fitness level that will provide a powerful edge in any future endeavor. Ballet shoes are not required.

Weekly Commitment: 45 minutes

Primary A begins the study of classical ballet technique, combining teacher-directed basics with imaginative dancing. Dancers work on basic body alignment from the very beginning, to build safe habits for future work.

Tuition

One 45 min class per week (full year)

Pay in Full: $960 + $80 registration fee due at registration

Payment Plan: $206 + $80 registration fee due at registration ($206 due on 10/1/24, 11/1/24, 2/1/25, 3/1/25)

One 45 min class per week (1 semester)

Fall Semester: $400 + $80 registration fee due at registration

Beginning Dance is for children ages 4 years old. This class explores rhythm and music through creative movement. Weekly themes and stories inspire individuality and expression, with an introduction to classical ballet technique.

Weekly Commitment: 30 minutes

Hand in Hand is designed for 3 years-old dancers, to participate with their parents or caregivers. The class focuses on discovering the world of rhythm and dance through gentle exercises while developing social, emotional and physical skills, and having fun!

Session 1: Monday, September 9, 2024 – Sunday, November 3, 2024

Session 2: Monday, November 4, 2024 – Sunday, January 26, 2025

Session 3: Monday, January 27, 2025 – Monday, March 23, 2025

Session 4: Sunday, March 24, 2025 – Sunday, May 31, 2025

Tuition

$175 per 8-week session (Missed classes may not carry over into the next session.)
